2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on initial project details.

• Final pricing may vary after on-site measurements, material selection, or design adjustments.

• Quotes are valid for 15 days.

3. Measurements and Approval

• We perform professional measurements before fabrication.

• Customers must approve material, color, layout, and design prior to cutting.

• Once fabrication begins, changes may incur additional fees.

4. Deposits and Payments

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or fabrication has started.

• Final payment is due on installation day.

• Accepted payments: cash, Zelle, credit card, or bank transfer.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• Orders may be canceled before fabrication starts.

• After cutting begins, cancellations or modifications may result in additional charges.

• Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

6. Natural Stone Disclaimer

• Natural stones such as granite or marble may vary in color, patterns, and veining.

• Variations are normal and not considered defects.

• Exact matching with small samples cannot be guaranteed.

7. Installation Conditions

The customer must ensure that:

• Cabinets are properly leveled and secured.

• The work area is accessible and cleared.

• Plumbing and electrical systems are disconnected before installation.

• We do not reconnect plumbing or electrical fixtures.

8. Damage and Liability

• We are not responsible for damages caused by uneven cabinets, structural issues, plumbing problems, or objects left in the installation area.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Website Use

Customers agree not to use our website for:

• Copying or distributing content

• Spam or harassment

• Attempting to damage or hack the site

• Illegal activities

10. Privacy

We collect personal information solely to provide quotes, communication, and service updates.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
